Star Power was assigned by Centrisys, USA (represented by EIS) for a turnkey project to install and commission a zero polymer machine (the first of its kind in the MENA region.)

Our scope of work included the design, supply, and installation of the following:

• Sludge pumps
• Air compressors
• Water pumps
• OH crane system
• Electrical equipment, including  (MCC, power & control cables)
• Civil works (excavations & foundations)
• Thickening sludge equipment and automation + commissioning of the complete system.

We were assigned a turnkey project to demolish the existing dewatering facility and rehabilitate the equipment and all the auxiliaries. 

Our scope of work included the design, supply, and installation of the following:

• Polymer preparation units
• Cake conveyors
• Sludge pumps
• Air compressors
• Water pumps
• OH crane system
• Piping & valves
• Electrical equipment, including (MCC, power & control cables)
• Civil works (excavations, foundations, support structures)
• CS- 26 installation & commissioning of the complete system.

Client:- Sharjah City Municipality.

Star Power was assigned a turnkey project to install and commission a nutrient recovery system (sludge to class A-fertilizer). 

The scope included the design, supply, and installation of the following:

• Sludge pumps
• Feed conveyance
• Biosolids stainless steel tank
• Water pumps
• Pipings & valves instruments
• Electrical equipment (MCC, power & control cables)
• Civil works (Excavations, foundations & support structures)
• Installation of LY-03, automation + commissioning of the complete system. 

In coordination with UTS Carrier, the hospital’s engineering department appointed Star Power to review the design and prepare a detailed report and suggestions. 

Our scope of work also included the following:

• Installation of HVAC System (total cooling load capacity of 2700 TR.)

In partnership with Khan Saheb as the main contractor and Yaghmour as a consultant, we executed the project along with U.T.S. Carrier as the principal contractor.

The Fish Farm was made with the capacity of 1600TR in phases 1 & 2.

Our scope of work included design, supply, and installation of a water-cooled chiller - 333TR (3nos) in addition to the following:

• Chillers (2)
• Heat exchangers (15)
• Run around coil (3)
• FAHU (4)
• Pumps for chilled water (4)
• Water condenser (4)
• Secondary pumps (1 set)
